Pearl Beach Progress Association, Inc. is the facilitator of community information and support. Especially addressing the concerns and important local issues of interest to all permanent village residents and non-resident property owners. The Association is also the convenor of community social and recreational activities.

The Association's aims are to -

• promote the best interests of Pearl Beach community - in the village and within the Gosford area
  
• protect the environment and encourage nature conservation within the Pearl Beach village
  
• maintain and manage the Association's Memorial Community Hall
